Produktet er Norliqs første økologiske likør lavet på rabarber og jordbær, som jo er indbegrebet af dansk sommer med en frisk og let syrlig smag af rabarber og jordbærrets sødme. Smagsoplevelsen er til sidst bundet sammen af en lækker vanilje finish.
Rhubarb’en kan serveres som kølig aperitif, som mixer i en cocktail med en blid gin eller en anden hvid spiritus, samt som topping på den gode vanilje is eller dessert.

The product is Norliq's first organic liqueur made from rhubarb and strawberries, which are the epitome of Danish
summer with a fresh and slightly acidic taste of rhubarb and the sweetness of strawberries. The taste experience
is finally tied together by a delicious vanilla finish. The rhubarb can be served as a cool aperitif, mixed in
a cocktail with a gentle gin or another white spirit, and as a topping on the good vanilla ice cream or dessert.
